Buying Fields?
Even though the other fields are owned by other farmers, is there a way how we can buy their fields from them to expand our business? This is what I prefer in the 2015 version, all the other fields are for sale and we can expand our business in that one and I'm wondering if we can do this in the 2017 edition even if we have to get full progress on the farmer we want to buy the field from. I wonder why the 2017 edition has farmers owning the fields when we mostly do their work for them. The other thing I don;t like about the 2017 edition is when it's too easy to make money where those farmers pay us stupid amounts of money to do their work where they pay us more than what their crops are worth. I wonder how they never go bankrupt. I know it sounds odd me saying this about getting overpaid but I prefer things more challenging where it's not too easy. In the 2017 my money started shooting up like a rocket near enough when I started playing the game and it takes part of the fun out. Part of the fun is working our butts off to make the money, not something too easy where we get paid about $8,000 to to mow somebody's lawn. In real life, nobody would pay anyone all that to mow their lawn. Somebody else was telling me the other week he doesn't like the 2017 edition because of the money is too easy to make. I prefer it where a number of bank loans get involved to get the business rolling and that is how things are done in real life.

Of course you can buy the fields, go to the ? on the map for the field and there is a option to buy or do a job for them. If you get thier favor maxed out by doing jobs the filed price is cheaper.

Giants just made the fields worked by AI farmers so the map would look more alive instead of empty fields and to overhaul the market. The crops the AI farmers will effect the prices when thier crops are harvested.

If you think the jobs pay too much and ruin the game, don't do the jobs. Pretty easy decision wouldn't ya think

Then it would be a waste of time playing the game not making use of what's out there. Wouldn't ya think?

Not at all. You said you want to work your butt off to make money, so do it. Only tend to your fields and/or animals if you have any. When you get enough to go buy a field, buy it. Rinse and repeat. You're the one that came here complaing, not me. That's one of the things that make FS so great. You can do what you want. You claim you're making a fortune off doing jobs and your money is skyrocketing. Then just don't do them...easy as that

I think the guy ment that the prices for do jobs is to high, but same time want to use them, maby the "complaining" is about that.. in 15 the prices for silage was encredible high, they changed that, maby if people complain enough they also change the prises for do jobs...maby there is a modder outthere who can help in this...

if one increases the speed limits of the equipment in the xml, less money will be offered for the contracts and less bonus paid.

it is one way to decrease the payment with out a mod.

Nope. The amount of money you get for the missions is too high and makes the game too easy if you do the missions.

I play on my multiplayer server, we play on hard mode and there are no missions. Makes it more rewarding when we are able to upgrade equipement and get another feild or more animals.

That is what I don;t like is the wage is too much to make things too easy. I'm planning on starting the game again and playing it on Hard so I start off with less money, a bigger loan to pay off and hopefully I'll get paid less for the jobs to make things more realistic.

You get paid less for the missions on hard but it is still way too much.

Then stop complaining, dumb idiot. I would rather money was easy to make so I could get some of the good equipment. Besides, there is a money box mod for PS4 that gives you 10,000 an hour for each one you place. Pretty handy
