How to unlock everything?

Tried to create an empty text file called TG2001.DYN in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GT Legends but nothing happens? Do I need to save it as a DYN file, or should it just be named TG2001.DYN? Created a new profile after making it, no difference.

Its some time ago now, so I dont remember, but I can try to help. Try naming the file that and place it in the correct place, restart the game and create a new profile. If that doesnt work, save it as a .DYN file.

This has bug in saving game status, progress is reset often and you lose cars and credits.

Even with that unlock thing you still lose them sometimes.

From what I read, it only unlocks new profiles, and not existing profiles like Halloweenman said.
