Last Heart and Energy Piece Not Appearing in Pinecone Village

The shopkeeper in Pinecone Village is not selling me the last heart piece and energy piece despite me being at the ending of the game and purchased everything in his store. How do i get him to sell me these?

This happened to me too, but they then appeared after I bought out everything at the other shops. Even the resurrection flowers and potions.

I'd like to know too (Same problem on Switch version). I guess I triggered the glitch by buying 1 item, then 2 several days later. But I can't buy everything from Blossom Shop, as there's always another health potion for sale. Really, this game should have been checked better for bugs. Two very important items being unavailable is not right.
