Where to obtain FIRE

Alright this is stupid but *bangs head into wall* I've been wandering around for the past 30 minutes trying to find some medallion in order to light the torches in fron of the dragon's mouth leading to Brimstone Caverns. But I for the life of me CANNOT FIND IT!

Anyone tell me where it is?

You don't need a medallion. Walk left from the lowest unlit torch.

Yeah I noticed that like 4 minutes after posting this. I'm currently in the first room of the ice dungeon wandering around trying to open the front gate. I already figured out the soldier puzzle.
