1 tile North of the Northwest corner of the castle, there is a stone. Blow it up to reveal the hole.

Inside there are the 4 pillars which can be turned. Normally, on the walls there would be some sort of hint or clue to the faces.

In my case, there was nothing on the walls. Nor were the vines burnable (These arent the typical burnable vines either, those would cover a much larger chunk of the wall, looking obvious)

Now while I dont show a screenshot, I also went to the four corners, seeing if maybe the tricky Devs hid the clue not on the wall, but on the rock texture further out of normal view. No such luck.
This led me to having to test it manually, as there were no clues in the cave, nor the surrounding area (The tile entered in on, and all surrounding tiles)
I did eventually solve it, but it was through labor instead of solving a puzzle.
The answer is how they're ordered going from left to right, though since they're at different heights, it's a little tricky to work out that the order is down left right up. The direction here is the direction that the "tail" of the glyph points.
