Controller help

I've tried for a while now and my controller doesn't work (using PS4 if that helps) and the keyboard won't work unless on the menu. What do I do?

Strange, I've had no problems using a PS4 controller myself. Sorry about this, I'll try my best to get this fixed for you.

I have a few questions to ask you to try to help troubleshoot this issue. What version of Windows are you running? Have you had any trouble in the past with playing games with your PS4 controller? Have you tried to select "P1 use mouse/keyboard" in the options menu?

Okay I fixed the problem, I have to plug the controller into my Mac and stream it. Anyway I've had no controller problems in the past, and I've tried the use mouse/keyboard thing too, and it doesn't work. Also I can't remember what version but I believe 9 or 10.

Interesting, I suppose I haven't done much testing regarding the cross-machine Steam streaming. Thanks for the heads up, I'll look into this.
