@Developers: How did you guys immitate the Announcer Voice?

What the title says. I find the voice clips so good and sarcastic, i would like to make my own version of it, but i have no idea how you guys or other developers (like Portal Stories: Mel) did it.

Thanks very much for your kind comments! Portal Stories: VR is made by a small group that also worked on the original Portal Stories: Mel. The announcer voicelines themselves have been written by a couple of people, and recorded by the very talented Harry101UK!

He even uploaded a tutorial on his YouTube channel how he does these voices:
