I understand, that steam is the last platform you intreested in, but still. Problem was noticed 5 months ago! FIVE!! You're feeding us with words about investigation. But please, be honest with users here at least. Sorry for beeing such toxic, but this really made me very sad. I also understand that maybe it is not your fault, but if we can provide some information about this issue, help with this investigation in any way - please tell us.
I really like your games. Please, don't let me lose my faith in your company.
If i'm playing through my common internet provider, then nothing is connected. But with my VPN-connection everything working fine. I purchased subscription a week ago and it shows me it.
As far as I am aware you are no longer able to purchase Just Dance Unlimited for PC use from our Ubisoft website, at the moment only allows you to purchase the Just Dance Unlimited pass for consoles - https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/game/just-dance/unlimited
However, you can try purchase your subscription through the Just Dance external website here - https://justdanceshop.ubi.com/
At the moment we are unable to advise if the franchise will we coming back to PC in the future, so please keep checking the Just Dance website and social media sites for any updates - https://twitter.com/justdancegame
For anyone who is having trouble trying to connect to Just Dance Unlimited through the second website, I would suggest flushing your DNS and resetting host files to see if you can re-establish a connection to the website through the games link.
To do this on Windows 10 -
- Press the windows key and start typing - Command Prompt
- Run as admin
- Type - ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
- This should then flush your PCs DNS settings hopefully allowing you to reconnect to the website through the link in game.
Next for more advanced troubleshooting you can also try resetting the computers hosts files through this method off the Microsoft website -
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/972034/how-to-reset-the-hosts-file-back-to-the-default
If the above two steps are unable to help you connect to the website to purchase an Unlimited subscription or using a VPN does not help your situation either, please let us know. It may be that this link is no longer accessible from your location and this is part of our investigation into this.
