just dance unlimited issue
Hey,

so my unlimited expired a few days back, and when i try to buy a new subscription it does not redirect me to the store. yes i am connected to the internet, and steam is running in the background. any advice or directions would be great.

i start the game and navigate to the menu option for unlimted, and at the prompt for enter on the redirect to store button nothing happens

As far as I am aware you are no longer able to purchase Just Dance Unlimited for PC use from our Ubisoft website, at the moment only allows you to purchase the Just Dance Unlimited pass for consoles - https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/game/just-dance/unlimited

However, you can try purchase your subscription through the Just Dance external website here - https://justdanceshop.ubi.com/

For anyone who is having trouble trying to connect to Just Dance Unlimited through the second website, I would suggest flushing your DNS and resetting host files to see if you can re-establish a connection to the website through the games link.

To do this on Windows 10 -
- Press the windows key and start typing - Command Prompt
- Run as admin
- Type - ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
- This should then flush your PCs DNS settings hopefully allowing you to reconnect to the website through the link in game.

Next for more advanced troubleshooting you can also try resetting the computers hosts files through this method off the Microsoft website -
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/972034/how-to-reset-the-hosts-file-back-to-the-default

If the above two steps are unable to help you connect to the website to purchase an Unlimited subscription or using a VPN does not help your situation either, please let us know. It may be that this link is no longer accessible from your location and this is part of our investigation into this.

Thanks for the update please do your best its been so long since the issue started we just want it to be solved or at least at some point have an update on the situation.

A guy answered my forum on ubisoft's site. He had the same struggle and found this page https://justdanceshop.ubi.com/ . I don't know why noone told us about that or why we couldn't find it but I renewed it from there so that problem is solved. Hope that helps everyone and also that ubi will fix the in-game method to renew the subscription to make it easier for everyone.

Yes, this is was the page on which I paid the unlimited but i don´t know if it worked now and detected the steam :c

For me it detected on uplay automatically. I clicked the sub I wanted it told me to login to my ubi account then I paid and that's all. Hope it helps

Hey, so this worked for me, i went to the website and picked subscribe on the yearly option, which prompted a log in screen and payment option. Then i opened my game to see it has been added. i wonder why i didnt find this website earlier as i remeber scouring through the ubisoft online store, anyway thanks for the tip.
