Sadly I don't have any news to share just yet. A member of a higher team has reached out to the investigating team to learn more about the issue and if a resolution will soon be implemented, but we've not received an update just yet.

A guy answered my forum on ubisoft's site. He had the same struggle and found this page https://justdanceshop.ubi.com/ . I don't know why noone told us about that or why we couldn't find it but I renewed it from there so that problem is solved. Hope that helps everyone and also that ubi will fix the in-game method to renew the subscription to make it easier for everyone.
For me it detected on uplay automatically. I clicked the sub I wanted it told me to login to my ubi account then I paid and that's all. Hope it helps
