just dance unlimited issue
Hey,

so my unlimited expired a few days back, and when i try to buy a new subscription it does not redirect me to the store. yes i am connected to the internet, and steam is running in the background. any advice or directions would be great.

i start the game and navigate to the menu option for unlimted, and at the prompt for enter on the redirect to store button nothing happens

For anyone who is having trouble trying to connect to Just Dance Unlimited through the second website, I would suggest flushing your DNS and resetting host files to see if you can re-establish a connection to the website through the games link.

To do this on Windows 10 -
- Press the windows key and start typing - Command Prompt
- Run as admin
- Type - ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
- This should then flush your PCs DNS settings hopefully allowing you to reconnect to the website through the link in game.

Next for more advanced troubleshooting you can also try resetting the computers hosts files through this method off the Microsoft website -

If the above two steps are unable to help you connect to the website to purchase an Unlimited subscription or using a VPN does not help your situation either, please let us know. It may be that this link is no longer accessible from your location and this is part of our investigation into this.

Don't let me buy Just dance Unlimited subscription
When I give the buy button (expand subscription) nothing appears to me, however I can open steam by means of the keyboard shortcuts; I see several complaints from users with songs and JD unlimited subscription, is something wrong ?, I don't want to lose my money, if there is not something stable. please fix this!

same here... please let me know if you find a way. I went to the Just Dance Unlimited website and the only option is to buy the XBox version of Just Dance Unlimited.

Can't buy Just Dance Unlimited
What happened to Unlimited? It's been a long time since the store isn't opening. Does anyone contacted them already?

well it has been 24 days now that they hadn't answer so i don't have my hopes high...
