Yeah, unfortunately. I find it complete non-sense to not releasing their new games to PC. There will be always new consoles, so it will cost to them to update their game to adapt to new consoles, but for PC, they don't need to do anything, just release once, play for years. The game basically runs in Unity engine, which shouldn't take more than few settings to enable PC.
And their CEO says "Just Dance 2023 underperformed as well." and it drives me crazy, I wonder why, is that because they make the game bound to consoles, even where no console-specific features required? Of course yes, if they want more sales, they need to make their games accessible for everyone. Even Nintendo Switch is old and is not much capable to run newer games.
I wish million-dollar for-profit companies like Ubisoft were more clear-sighted. I hope someone from the company reads this and take more better steps, for not only thinking themselves, also thinking the people who play their games. You can't expect to get more sales when you have less users.
These have been noted to the team, but there are no immediate plans to release Just Dance '23 on PC, this will remain a console title.
If there's anything more we can answer, please let us know!
