first, try to check your firewall on your computer, is the game is blocked by your firewall or not?

second, make sure your computer and phone ip address using static ip address, because sometimes it didn't work with dynamic ip address
Example, if your set your computer ip address at 192.168.1.xxx, your phone must have ip address 192.168.1.xxx too
