Can't connect with Just Dance Controller

I had connect my laptop and phone to the same wifi, but the app wont detect my laptop even the game cant detect my phone too, had somebody have same issue like me?

Update: I had solved my issue, i tried with my friend phone with bigger screen or phone with screen resolution above 800x480 and it works fine and btw his Android OS is same like me that is Kitkat 4.4.2, so it's all about your phone screen resolution, not OS or your PC/Laptop issue, finally I know how to fix this issue, If you have phone with small resolution, I think you have to upgrade with bigger screen one hehehhe or we have to tell the app developer to fix this issue...

Update2: If it still doesn't work, make sure the game doesn't blocked by windows firewall, and try to set static IP to your computer/laptop and your phone so they can easily connected each other, and hope it help...

Note: So I just checked my phone vendor website, and there's update for my phone to upgrade into lollipop, and hope after doing this, the controller app will work...

Final: Ok guys, when I update my phone into lollipop 5.0 and then my phone become unstable, so I do factory reset on my phone, and I try to download the app again and now app works like magic! all button on main sceen are touchable, and I can't wait to play this game with my own phone, btw Thank for your help and respond into my discussion and see you in the game XD

I watched your video and is useless, it's the same as the game told you what to do.
1) "Update firmware android/iOs" I have 6.0 and even that doesn't work (tried with 4 phones and none of them connect, for a strange reason).
2) "update your app" the app was updated before the game got relased to support the 2017 edition + PC version.
3) "Run steam in Administrator" you don't need it if you have UAC disabled.
4) "Try manual port" sometimes it may work (not for me, but maybe for other people yes).
5) "Enable firewall rules" the sames as 4.
6) "Disable forewall/antivirus/smartscreen" in my case, always disabled both of it Firewall and Antivirus.

Sad to hear it does not help you. It helped me to set controller for 2 different PCat home and at work, both running Windows 10 but totally different network structure. At home everything worked after I disabled firewall - phone was found automatically. At work after disabling firewall I used manual ip configuration to connect and it worked. Need to mention I noticed iOS devices work more stable with game.
Hasrock17, provide more information about your system and network configuration maybe then we can help.

1) AMD FX 4100 Black Edition.
2) GTX 650 Ti 1 gb OC edition (asus direct cu II).
3) 8gb ram ddr3 1333mhz.
4) Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate x64
5) Ethernet and (only for this, but I bought it unnecesary 'cause I have the same problem in the APP) wi-fi receiver.
6) Moto G2 (2014) 1280x720 60fps (and the specs in a few pages of reviews) and yes, it has Gyroscope.
7) Tried with Samsung A3, samsung J7, 5S (iPhone) and other one which I don't know (it's samsung, but don't know which one, only know is that it has 4 ram and 8 cores).

Well, you should consider installing newer Windows in this case. I liked Windows 7 but after I tried Windows 10 I have no wish to go back.
