Game Won't start
the game won't start and Ubisoft support sucks.

I want to play this game. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have already reached out to ubisoft support. They gave me a slew of things to try. None of those things worked.

I'm having the same problem, it crashes at launch and support is no help after 10 replies.

Something finally worked for me. After trying a bunch of different options, I ended up uninstalling Uplay (not the game though) and then I downloaded the installer from the website and installed it once more.
Also did a few other things, when I uninstalled Uplay I also deleted the save files. Then when I restarted the game it gave me the option to start a new game (today's save files) or load my cloud save files (I chose the cloud save files to avoid losing any progress). You can backup your local game files just in case. Not sure if it will work for everyone, but you guys can give it a try and hopefully it will work.

Uninstalling Uplay and downloading it from the website worked for me. Uplay is garbage.
