Maybe you have sent videos to social networks? I have this folder is empty. But there is a folder in My Documents\JustDance2017\ unknown file format called JDSave_1 and JDSave_2. But the video player does not recognize.
you can do this in few steps:
- launch just dance
- disconnect you PC from the internet
- press "share to JDTV" on the video you want to export
- wait till "error uploading to JDTV" message appear
- you will find your video in webm format in "C:\Users\*Your Account Folder*\AppData\Local\Temp\upload"
I managed to extract video from JDSave file. You can download script which does this from here https://github.com/39dotyt/jdext
I do not know how to use a script, but I'll try offline. Thank you!
First of all, you have to install Node.js (you can download it from here: https://nodejs.org/en/).
Then, you can run cmd (Win+R, enter "cmd" and hit Enter, you'll see black terminal window) and enter "npm install -g jdext" (enter the command and hit "Enter") to install the script into the system.
After this, you'll be able to execute in cmd:
"jdext <path to JDSave file> <path to webm file>" (enter the command and hit "Enter")
Video will be saved to the file you entered as the second argument to jdext command.
Do you know any method to extract the Autodances files from xbox 360?
If this will not work, please upload autodances from XBox somewhere and I'll have a look on them.
I believe, files on XBox should be named same way as on PC. Like 'JDSave_X', where X is a number.
