The game won't open at all ! ERROR

when i open the game i get *Error : please restart the game and try again* in the loading screen ..
so i can't get in the game !!
HELP PLEASE , i uninstalled the reinstalled the game , restarted steam , restarted my net connection .. nothing works ! same Error in the loading screen

the hell u on about dude ? complaining ?!
i was playing the game every day just fine .. and then this BUG came out of no where !
it's a bug IN THE GAME i was asking if anyone knows how to fix it
cause i have seen some people have the same issue with no fix !!

and what kinda solution is that ? get a PS4 wtf ?! no thanks i wanna keep playing it on my PC cause the game support both platforms

da hell is wrong with people ?! if u don't know how the solution then don't say anything dumb and let the people try to help ?! cause i didn't complain i was asking someone to fix the bug cause i was playing it for a month just fine i enjoyed the game a lot

No sheeyot. Devs abandoned the game long ago. Get a PS4 or a new PC like I said; no one can help you.

and no it's not a user-based PC-Issue or local network issue
it's on the servers.
