Из- за правил, касающихся чата между консольными и ПК- игроками, консольные игроки не могут просматривать сообщения в чате от ПК- игроков.

Not exactly, in my aliance only I play from PC and yes I saw notification like, you can't see messages of X player, but everybody see my messages (and replies to them) and I see their messages even though they from playstation platform
