You can attack any of your friends that have already set-up their base! Simply select the "Friends" tab from the attack list and it will show you a list of your friends.

You have to tell them to download the game first then their base will be created automatically when they log in to the game.

There is a known issue related to steam names being different from in game names. We're looking into a fix.

I just changed my steam name to be the same as in-game and it worked. Ask your friend to do the same.

QQ so me and my friend started shortly after the issues of yesterday and are now wanting to fight one another, however it says that we have not set up our bace.. is this a known issue or something that is just remote?

There's currently an issue with player names that are different from steam names. We're looking into a fix but as a temporary solution if you change your steam name to be the same as your in game name it will work.
