Game owners: Is this actually playable?

It's on super sale right now and has just b en sitting on my wishlist.

Now here I am reading reviews that say it's very broken and has been abandoned for several years.

For 2 bucks is there anything to this game that is worth experiencing?

It depends I play it some times and it works fine, some times you can get stuck in the traffic if you enable the ai but other than that there aren't a lot of big flaws

It is fuctional and in a sale it is a good price.
The reason why it's "abandoned" is because the Dev isn't allowed to fix the gaame any further.

While there are bugs in the game they don't appear on every run and if they are too much there are mods that fix them

i need those mods i play only some hours and my car become a star (idk how i glich it and fly) and my items disappeared in other moment when i continue the game

Bought when it was on sale this week,I started a few times the new save and finished it and no big bugs showed to me expect some tiny bugs,which didn't bother me while playing

Game is good but it could been much better if devs didnt lose access to the game sadly

Agreed, makes me even more mad if I think about those non existent edges where you can just fall out of the map.
