Fixing Windows and Paying Penalty

When facing car crashes, the car's windows will broke and will have a 10$ penalty, but how to fix window and how to pay the penalty?

Fixing windows is simple: just grab a repair kit, and click on the windows (I think this works, anyways). The penalty:
A. does not work correctly yet, and you lose nothing, or
B. is automatically deducted from your wallet.

i found that just repairing whatevers broken in the engine seems to carry thru the whole car, because i repaired my carb and the windows fixed.

I don't know if toolkit could be used for repairing windows because it doesn't work for me, meh

I think I broke my window after two sesion of BelluFlooping around on my cars side then back... Used the Hydralic crank to nudge the car back on the correct side.
but I can´t use repair kits or fix my cracked windows(all of them at I can´t see anything), neather did reapering random part in my car... although I didn´t have enought repair kit to fix everything to 100%+weels at the same time.

Penalty's are placeholder. Broken windows are bugged right now (fix coming).

You don't use the repair kits on the windows you use it on the engine and somehow it fixes the windows.

P.S. I think it works on any part of the engine
