i was wondering if anyone knew what the lakia is in real life if it IS in real life
im just wondering :)

Yes, it's based on the Trabant 601 Deluxe, but unfortunately it's not the same. I really miss the steering-column gear lever and the fuel shut off lever with "spare" function. There was no fuel level indicator in them.

The other thing what I miss is the smell of the interior and exhaust with castor oil mixed fuel. However, it's not possible yet, to reproduce. :)

Apparently you can sometimes find them on eBay here in the USA...
