Jalopy Roof rack, help!
I have installed the lvl 1 roof rack. but i bought the lvl 2 roof rack what adds 2 tyre space and on and on... But i cant install it, help!!!

There is no multiply levels of roof racks. The only addon to the vehicle with multiple versions is the tool rack (Tier 1/2/3)

You cannot i'm afraid. Some components may be on sale which you have already obtained as this list is generated randomly

there should be a lv 2 roof rack with double space but the price should be triple or quadruple
just to make it fair
