money cheats?

i remember using cheat engine and now when i try it , it doesn't work anymore ! any other ideas of how to cheat money?

you can just hit restart over and over again and keep knocking on the motel guest's doors until you have enough money
dont worry if you hit reset it saves your money

i do know that one but it takes quite some time :p

this was how i cheesed it;

most value item from start is the car jack.
Keep restarting until you fill the boot full with them.
drive to first city and sell all but one of the jacks.
remove 2 wheels and sell them
remove all the car parts and sell them.
steal 2 most expensive wheels and put back on car.
restart.
Repeat until you have funds to buy roof rack.
continue with above process but selling wheels that can be placed on roof rack.
repeat until you can buy whatever you want.

Last time i played only 2 or 3 first stores worked, so you can go in further ones and sell everything. Get your money, then use reset lever and get all your stuff back. Repeat until bored of getting free money and pack your stuff back in car. But if you put too many items at time, some may be lost.

There used to be a glitch which I used a lot but it got patched
1. Go steal some valuable stuff from a fuel station
2. Drive back home (Yes drive back do not click anything in the pause menu)
3. buy a shelf and put the items on there
4. click return home in the pause menu
5. The buy value is now a sell value
6. Profit

But if you try the trick now the item will have no sell value
