Tires going flat while on roof rack

I've had this happen a few times, get a brand new set of tires, put 2 in the trunk, and 2 on the roof, but when I need to put them on the car they are now worn out and flat, doesn't seem to happen to tires in the trunk

Scratch that, just loaded the game up and a tire in the trunk is flat, it changed type also, I bought a pair of road tires hard compound, and now one is hard 3/3 and the other is now a soft 0/3 and flat

There was a previous bug where tires stored in the trunk or on the roof would suddenly have a condition of 100/3. After the bug fix, they now change to 0/3. 😕

I've had it happen to the ones on the vehicle. When I finished the game 2 were 2/3 and the others were 3/3 but when I started playing again all wheels were 1/3.

Do you possibly have a save file where this has happened? And then can you send this over to us at [e-mail]
We have never experienced this ourselves but this may be because of a previous fix to a previously mentioned issue
