A Question; MODS?

I often see developers comenting and replying to most game issues or bugs, so i thought i would try my luck.

I was just wondering if there was any intent to allow the steam comunity, and other gaming comunities this game has a platform on, to add MODS into the game?

For anyone else who reads this, are there already MODS? Can i get two player so another playable character to take the seat of My in game Uncle? Can i got to towns not orignially part of the game? Could i change my 1988 VEB Sachsenring Trabant for a 1981 Subrau Brumby? Can i get a 6' lift kit for my Trabant?

with UAE you can change your radio music, and with WeMod, you can had a trainer, but i not recommended to you to use a trainer for you first play
