How to use Tyre Repair Kit

I have 4 Tyre Repair Kits. But I can't use. Please help

Use the wench unbolt the tyre from the car but, don't take it off. Then use the Kit on the tyre.

There is very little fanfare. I used one earlier today and it just adds 1 durability to the tyre. It's possible that the tyre you were trying to patch up isn't punctured though. I'm new so i'm not sure if you can just use them to bolster unpuncture tyres or not.

Only work on tires that are 0/3 durability.

oldie but goldie, i started playing jalopy all over again
also the devs stated that they'll try to get in contact with the publisher and regain rights to update the game
