Forgot the wallet...

Car broke down just inside Istanbul. I walked to the gas station to buy tool kit, etc. Placed items on the counter and realized that I forgot the wallet. Went outside to get it and the gate was closed. Wallet was in car on outside of gate.

Slap forehead, then restart.

Aside from frustrations like this I am loving this game. I hope they bring back the uncle as a travelling companion.

You couldn't pull the lever next to the cashier to open the gate

Really?! I didn't know about that (obviously). Thanks for letting me know about it.

Anyway, I was able to make it to the motel in Istanbul on the next run through.
