MY HAZARD LIGHTS WILL NOT TURN OFF

I try to push the hazard button back in to turn them off but it just makes a beeping sound and pops back out and resumes flashing help

It sounds like your pushing the cigarette lighter in. It pops out when its hot enough to light a cigarette.

Yeah, the Hazards are on the left side of the steering column and are a red switch.
