1. Right-click Desktop.
2. Choose "Display Settings".
3. Click blue text "Display adapter properties" (under "Display" tab, which it should open on).
4. Click "List All Modes".
5. These are the VIDEOMODE numbers, so 1 will be the first one on the list.
6. Scroll down and get counting! Then (for some reason) remove 1 from your final result.
For reference on my ROG Swift with a maximum of 2560x1440 144hz, the one I want is number 132 in the list, so I -1 and get 131 and then I have the right res/hz in game.
Do you have IP more ports to play online multiplayer?
I see that they write videomode means that it is because they do not have the screen adapter installed or they also use integrated graphic card or dedicated graph card.
Another deduction is: Do you use laptop machines with battery and without installation of screen adapter?

I just used GTR2 settings. That could be a solution too.
