Evening gloves relic doesn't work with all basics (Bolt Rail)

This item does not work with Bolt Rail basic attack.
The attack still has same attack speed and it doesn't repeat if I'm holding LMB (I play on mouse+keyboard, yeah).
Is this known bug?

While that's not Evening Gloves' stated effect, I do agree it should affect Bolt Rail in the same way as it does Spark Contact and Ice Knife.

What do you mean it's not stated effect?
It says that it repeats basic arcana if you hold the button down and it should speed up the start up animation :|

It says it auto-completes combos, which is what it does with all basic arcana.

I think when something says "REPEAT AUTOMATICALLY" it mean's it REPEATS the arcana while being held down, not "repeats inputs to finish one combo of arcana".
