[Exploit] Cobalt Firestone With Rez Relic

One can defeat bosses with Cobalt Firestone, and probably any of the other damage auras, while dead if they have an item that permits resurrection, such as the Horned Halo. See here: https://i.imgur.com/Lhbfu5r.jpg

Atlas just stood next to me taunting while the Cobalt Firestone whittled him away. Potential fixes would be to set the boss to continue putting out combos after death or force resurrection after ~5 seconds. Or even disable all relics while down.

Yeah theres a few item-combos that are completely and utterly broken in the game, like Regenerative Inkwell (regen hp when using fully charged signature instead of attacking) and Albert's Formula (get signature charge for healing). You end up with infinite health regen.
