Lost save game

I had played for a few hours and unlocked several things.
Upon a clean install of MacOS Mojave and downloading WoL again I've lost all of my progress. The game starts from the beginning.
I've sent an email to [e-mail] but got no answer.
Nevermind now as I already started playing again.

The problem is that now I want to install Windows via Boot Camp and continue to play where I left.
How can I do that without my save being ignored?
