Yes, i got that... But it's kinda impossible to avoid all the attacks...
And once he hit one, you are dead...
Needs too much skills to beat the boss, this steals all the fun.
OP, just keep practicing and doing runs to unlock more cloaks and arcana, you'll beat him eventually!
The hardest part about him is while he in vulnerable he dashes around and near the end you might not even be able to hit him at all before he dashes away. I lost a couple times due to clicking a few frames too late for the attack to hit him in time. 2nd hardest part of trying to dodge those stupid darkness moves and if you get hit they deal so much damage.
His combo is only 5 attacks long with a break long enough to maybe move out of the way for his chaos arcana. Most of the attacks can easily be dodged by keeping a distance. Dodging him is very similar to all the other bosses you have faced before. Most of the time you want to run at an angle to his attack won't hit you and allows you to keep running in a circle. When you are too close to him you want to dash away from him in the direction that gives you the most space to move around/double dash. The attack the catches me off guard are his attacks with range, but he telegraphs this.
To properly read what he is about to do he does an attack from each element and then goes onto a chaos arcana. In my experience he tends to start with fire kicks or the lightning circle.
Honestly practicing against every other boss will give you advantage on dodging his attacks.
Master sura is a very well crafted boss fight that takes parts of the 5 other bosses and makes him familiar.
I installed the game again and a Finally beat the final boss!!!
Almost died, i had only 14 hp left, but i did it lol
I still think that the game could be a little bit easier or at least without the relics limit, but ok, game finished :)
Not really... The games that i said in my first post are difficult, but don't require so much evade skills as Wizard of legend and i have lots of fun with them...
There's a tenuous line between hard and fun... And this game cross it sometimes...
But it stills a good game indeed, i think that a 10% easier on your first run, would be enough.
After you finish, the game turns easier, but you already hate it or even gave up...
edit wait op thinks you even need "evade skills"?
Do you not realize most projectiles can be destroyed? You dont even need to use the dodge, just break the projectiles and walk normally.
My problem was with their infinite combos on second form, when i make any mistake... But i got the attack pattern later when i finally beat the game lol
But he is not the easiest boss at all... the first one that is.
First part of the fight is throw damage and walk around the slow attacks.
second part is run around until he's used his chaos magic, then throw damage. You can fight him here if you're good enough at avoiding attacks while attacking, but it's optional.
last part is the parade for beating the boss, this is probably the hardest part of the whole fight. Walk forward then press whatever key continues dialogue.
all of the other bosses have a move that can mess you up easily, Last boss is the only one without such an ability, but he gets 2 health bars.
Sure, but in second part, if he hit you, then he can combo all his habilities and you die without a chance...
But the key is to evade him all the time and wait for the right moment, i figure that later.
it's not a right moment, he has a set number of moves before he stands around and dodged once or twice.
each boss gets more moves before they have downtime. this is not something exclusive to Sura. He just has the most moves of anyone. He always ends on a Chaos spell.
