No more updates?

It's been 5 months since the last update. Is devs are still working or just disappeared? I really love this game and want to see more content of this game.

The devs supported this game for free for 2 years. Don't you think this is a lot already? The devs are humans too and they need to pay their bills and buy food.

They were to able to release all the elemental bosses and even an extra update with more stuff. My guess is that they are finished with the game already.

Still, the devs themselves didn't say anything after the last update. I searched the discord of the game, but it seems no one knows anything there either so there is still a chance for more content either paid or free.

I personally would prefer if they announced they are working on a sequel, but more content is fine too.

How is this an argument? The dev team haven't announced any new projects, not given word on working on this one, so by your logic how are they paying the bills exactly?

its a 2 man team, i wouldnt be suprised if they had other jobs and work on games as a side project and for a 2 man team they did a heck of a lot of work and didnt charge more outside the base price. they also have a switch release etc back in june they talked about.

More free updates seem unlikely tho i would be fine with some payed DLC, that way ppl who just want the base game have nothing to fear and everyone who wants to support them further gets smth out of it

honestly i have no idea what they would even add to it, we already have a boss for each element, endless mode, boss rush mode, versus, local co-op, AND they even added some more chaos arcana for more variety, if anything all that would be added wouldnt be as consistently used (half the items in the game are gimmicks at best)

honestly i think the game is in a good state. I would rather see new games from the devs compared to another update to a game that has for the most part fallen out of the public eye

They have added more bosses and alot more spells since I've last played the game, and for free. For a two-man team, I can't ask for more. Imo, I would prefer to see a "Wizard of Legend II" or other "magic/spell" game. This fast-paced magic combat is amazing and I would love to see a more detailed game with such combat.

If They earned 30% from each sale with 50% base price and sold at least 1 mil copies they don't need to work anymore.

i wouldn't say they have any moral obligation to continue supporting this game. It's their choice, and i believe they did a good job already.
