Way to high FPS without VSync
When im playing fullscreen and without VSync my fps goes up to more than 800. Is there any way to cap it to like 150 fps?

There really isnt a reason to limit FPS, the higher it is the smoother your game runs, and yes your monitor can only refresh so fast...but, it still makes the game run smoother and with less imput delay. I have no idea why you would WANT to limit your FPS. The only possible downside is that your PC will be a little hotter, meaning your fan will be running louder.
wth am i reading, there are so many reasons to limit FPS...

If anyone else stumbles across this, if you have an nvidia GPU, you can limit the framerate in the nvidia control panel. under 3d settings, open the "Program Settings" tab. There you can add "Wizard of Legend" and set the Max Frame Rate to whatever you want. If you want it for every software, set it in the global settings instead.

Another great free tool for this is RivaTuner Statistics Server (google "RTSS", download it off Guru3D), it allows you to limit FPS in any fullscreen application, and I found it to cause less input lag than Nvidia's builtin FPS limiter.
By setting the scanline sync to -(half fps) you can sometimes eliminate the screen tearing inherent to vsync off, while still maintaining a custom fps cap.
