hows does taffy work?

seems for me he gives a random ♥♥♥♥. resetting in the middle of my attacks.

Its basicly a dps test. You need to do enough damage in a set timeframe for him to pop. Its generally pretty easy to pass it, but if youre running low damage arcana, you may have to get creative with how you chain them together.

what has that with chain them together to do when it is a set amount of time?
i do hit all possible hits of my skills.
whats that? loot.punishment for not using just high damage-stuff?

For example, you could use a high knockback skill to force him into a corner, dash in, doing damage with your dash, place a firewall on him and stunlock him within the firewall. That would be an example as to how lower damage skills could pop him if chained correctly.

okay so basic mechanic time:STUN when you hit enemys with multiple hits in a small amount of time it makes them stunned longer the amount of stun generated is based on the damage you are outputting, the amount of hits, and how little downtime between hits there is so for taffy you just have to keep him stunned till he breaks, my tip would be to use your basic arcana alot inbetween attacks for some reason it really helps with stun

No i mean, keep him inside the firewall, otherwise the knockback will push him out.

i can beat taffy with just about any combo of arcana, also if you cant break him try getting a signature charge and using it on him
