Tiny Crocodile Heart and Vampire Fangs

I know that the TCH has a maximum value it can raise your health to, and that Vampire Fangs also reduce your max health when you get them.

Do those reductions stack permanently? Like ... if I get the TCH and then the Fangs, is the limit to which the TCH can raise my health reduced, or is it more like a set-back towards getting there?

I've never had them both at the same time to check for myself.

crocodile heart as a maximum limit, taking the fangs will lower that limit further.

I once had TCH on its own and then TCH with glass cannon. If I remember correctly the amount of max health was the same in the end or the reduction was negligible. So yeah, in my experience it acted more like a set-back.

I think both of them stack, which mean having both of them will reduce ur hp to 150 XD (if ur max is 500).
but the max Hp of Tiny crocodil heart can increase is 750, just so u know.
