Does relics with "at low health" counts if you're using the Pride outfit ?

Pride outfit make you forever at 1/1 HP

There are a couple of relics like "Auditor’s Talisman" that in the description say: Increases critical hit chance at low health.

I know that it suppose to be when your health is red and flashing , but does it count if you're using PRIDE outfit ?

This is easy enough to check on your own. Conditional relics like auditor's talisman create an icon in the upper left, just under your health bar, that indicates whether or not the buff is active.

no. since you only have 1 health, you're always at FULL health.
