Little do you know if you equip the relic you get for finishing a run, that makes it the real hard mode.

It reduces your HP to 1 - Not sure if HP boosts affect it yet

The robe is there for the bigger challenge, as well as the relic, it's not supposed to help.

There's a relic that reduces all damage taken to 10% of your max HP. If the Pride cloak allows you to use relics that increase your HP, maybe there's something useful there, but then I feel like you're defeating the purpose of the 1 HP downgrade AND there are easier ways to cheese the game.

Saying the Pride robe is "helpful" is living up to the name, I suppose.

Increasing max hp doesn't work on Pride.
