Vampire Glasses combo

Doesn't work well with the curse that gives crits on every hit, vampire glasses seems to have an internal cooldown.

Pretty uncool to make it so that one of the few methods possible of healing is gimped, would like to see neat synergies like this actually being powerful.

Really noticeable with lightning spells that hit dozens of times and you only get one hp back.

You should pay attention in class friend, or pop open a dictionary, are you refering to the crit PLACEBO? Look that word up and you will feel silly as hell and delete this thread.
The glasses don't have a cooldown that would make them useless, you just aren't ACTUALLY critting all that much.

doing an actual crit build with glasses works just fine, as mentioned already its called placebo for a reason.

If it doesn't affect items that proc on crit... makes you wonder what the point of the Critical Placebo is.. guess it could be a trash item, but the other relics you can get in it's place all have some function.

it does increase crit chance iirc (12% i think it was?)

For those that can't live without the crit looking damage obviously.
