Report a translation problem
The game can only have so many aircraft on the screen at one time. Once it hits that limit, it won't send anymore aircraft no matter the difficulty level. So choose the taxi routes that have the longest paths so that you can "park" as many aircraft as possible. When the game hits its limit, just send out one or two aircraft at a time, and the game will "reply" by generating that many arrivals for you to handle.
I agree, BT can be pretty hard. Definitely use go-arounds, you don't even have to land those planes. If you use the exploit, BT is a lot easier, but it will take a long time to play out, normally longer than I have the patience for.
