Can't Take Screenshots?

Wanted to take some screenshots as reference material for possible fanart, but it just wasn't working.
Was wondering if it's the same for everyone else? I noticed there weren't any screenshots in the community hub, so that seems like it might be the case.
Can anything be done to enable them, or would the update be too costly or time consuming for the dev? I know the game is six years old now, so it would be understandable if it's too much of a pain in the butt to bother with.
