You are correct, Uplay no longer exists as it is has been changed to Ubisoft Connect. Please download the latest version of the Ubisoft Connect launcher here [ubisoftconnect.com] by clicking download in the top right corner then try again.

Oh, Hi ! I didn`t know about that update ! Seems I need to check my games , thank you so much ! Does that mean the black screen issue in Heroes VI is fixed as well ?
Aren't you supposed to fix the game? I'm not asking to be rude but I am asking why you choose to keep a broken installation method.
They sell to Steam, but they make me check in on their platforms, which I would never go to.
The game should run and work, not require additional conditions and agreements. Not to mention the fixes, and other tambourine dancing.

The issue is the game won't run without uplay and that isn't being installed anymore. Therefore your product is broken! The installation method for your product doesn't work and I can't play what I've paid for. FIX THE INSTALLATION!
I have just replied to you about a similar issue on another forum.
To confirm have you downloaded and installed the Ubisoft Connect launcher? If so could you please explain in more detail why the installation is not working.

Hi I have steam installed and I'm using it to install the product I bought from the steam
store however you guys have made it so it doesn't install the correct version of the launcher therefore denying me my product and breaking Canadian law.
Sorry to hear you are having this trouble.
If you haven't already I would recommend to download Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com] directly.
Once this is downloaded and launched you should be able to proceed as intended through Steam.
