Is it fixed guys?
I was not aware there were any problems with this particular game's online, would you please run through the troubleshooting steps in this article for this game, including port forwarding your router to better connect to other players >
https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/might-and-magic-heroes-7/connectivity-and-performance/article/troubleshooting-connectivity-issues-in-might-and-magic-heroes-vii-pc/000080361
Is there a paticular error message you receive when you try to connect that you can show me a picture of?

Sorry to hear that you have had this experience. Can we ask that you do still try the steps we linked above please.

I must agree with LeanderAT on this, it's not a connection problem. The way they designed ( Limbic ) multiplayer it's impossible to play online with others. The out of sync errors are in the savegames of players and they happen randomly when you play online. Single player there are no issues like this. Limbic Entertainment said they would fix these out of sync errors but i guess the contract ran out and they moved on. Never fixed the problem. It's sad because me and my brother bought this game to play online. Sadly we never did, since we always got "Out of sync errors" It would be cool if Ubisoft hired some developer to iron out these errors. Single player is fun tho, been playing it daily since i started playing again.
I know you are trying to help but providing details and steps does not make sense. The game was abandoned long time ago and it NEVER worked in multiplayer mode, neither online nor hot seat on the same computer.
This is not my opinion but the community's. Heroes 5 was the last Heroes title with a stable multiplayer mode.
We understand but we do still want to help and to do this we do ask that troubleshooting is done please.

Hi there,
It's great to hear from players that are passionate about some of our older titles. This idea can be passed onto our games team, however I'm unable to confirm what work will go ahead.
Thank you for taking the time to share this. If you have anything else you'd like to share, or need assistance with, please let us know!

I have found a Mod website where they fix even more bugs in the game, didn't read anything about out of sync issue tho, so that problems seems very hard to fix.

It's a community Mod so at your own risk guys.
Thanks Ubi_Support again for your comments, you don't see that a lot anymore.
It is not about running through the troubleshooting steps.
It is a save game problem that even occurs in local multiplayer hotseat mode.
The game works until players meet on the map. There is no error message but your hero might stand next to a mine with troops A, B, C but the other player seems your hero somewhere else with other troops. The game is no longer in sync...everbody plays a different game...you see a hero attacking a castle but actually he does something else...after some out of sync turns the game stops.
It never worked after launch and you should know that...you can play the game yourself...local multiplayer or online multiplayer. Finishing a game is not possible as the game will become out of sync as soon as the heroes from opposing players meet on the same screen (you see them).
Thank you for returning to the forums to post your experience of online play, and what's worked best for you. Hopefully players will be able to follow these steps if they are having any trouble with the multiplayer aspect of Might & Magic Heroes VII – Trial by Fire.
Should any players continue to see connectivity issues, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to help.
