Unofficial Community Patch (UCP) 1.1 released
Do you still play the latest Heroes game (at least from time to time)? Have you ever wanted to try Heroes 7 but you gave it up because of hundreds of annoying bugs? Would you like to see H7 improved?

If you answer "yes" to any of the questions above, you might have already heard about the Unofficial Community Patch (UCP), the largest bugfixing patch for Might & Magic: Heroes 7 , released in December 2017.

This time, it returns with dozens of new fixes and improvements, with the version 1.1 released on September 8th.

Furthermore, it brings more than 20 brand new abilities to the game, so the combats are even more exciting than before. You can also enjoy the extended hero pool, as well many other improvements.

For the first time, you can choose between the full and simplified mod version.

Thanks to the community member Vildark, along with the Czech and default English version, French version for UCP 1.1 is now available as well!

Firstly, thanks a lot for this patch. Makes the game more playable.

I decided to remove some of the creature balances:

- Sprite doesn't need a buff, it's the most OP starter unit in the game. There was some change listed for Pixie as well but it's not in the changelist, I assume it was the same so I removed it too.

- Banshee % to avoid all damage is bad game design. Having a 100 stack attacking it and doing precisely 0 damage shouldn't happen. Instead, give it % dmg reduction for physical.

- Black Guard strike and return makes no sense. It felt very off so I removed it.

Otherwise, good job. Not having "No Retaliation" on Vampire Lord was a big sin in this game in the first place.

I'm glad you adjusted the mod to suit your needs.

- That's questionable imo but that's why the buff isn't strong

- Although it may create a bit of imbalance, I like it since it adds the feeling of uncertainty and risk, something I'm really missing in this game. Banshees were simply too boring compared to H5 ones.

- Black Guard's "new" ability will be probably replaced since I got similar feedback from other people.

Is it intended that when I hit a Ghost and she is immune, she can retailiate on any attack even though my creature has no retaliation?

No, this bug is known but currently, there's no solution for it.

Does this fix multiplayer? The game would be good BUT it goes out of sync all the time in multiplayer. :(

this game breaks my heart, the modding community were full steam creating new creatures, fx, and so much more, then after the dwarf expansion made big changes to the core game that broke many mods .... everything just fell silent
it sucks

everyone waited so long for the next HOMM hopefully its not the end

I hope you can help. Stronghold ai does not seem to be active in adventure maps I am playing. All other factions ai are acting as normal however stronghold hero just stays in situ by their town building an army. :(

Now it seems that my game in crashing on Ai Stronghold turn. 1 year 4 months into a savage sea map. Is this a known bug?

I installed but cannot tell if the mod is active in my games? I do not have the base game - just the DLC. I tried to see if my creatures have the new abilities, but they do not.

I don't know why the game crashes since the mod has not touched AI. Maybe it could be caused by some special in-game trigger, what happened right before it happened.

If the new creatures do not work, you've either badly installed the game or maybe it does not work only on its expansion.

UCP Hotfix is finally available.

Please test it and report any bugs you find, thus you will help with this mod's development (bugs we're not aware of cannot be fixed).
