In terms of the bot issue you mentioned, could you see them moving around or was it just flagged that they hadn't been destroyed?

I would be very happy if something changed, maybe you found people to fix the game, but there are no announcements about that.
I loved the original game but It was a buggy mess, so I am really not sure is it a good idea to buy "Trial by Fire" without fixes.
Agreed, I stopped playing Heroes 7 as we were never able to finish a multiplayer game (LAN or 'net) without synch issues. Multiplayer is pretty much unplayable and has been for years.
It's just to see if there's anything on the players end that can be done to mitigate the issue, such as firewall settings/connectivity troubleshooting. Even if there's no further updates, we do try to offer support to you guys if we can.
