Any news of a M&M Heroes VIII?

Anyone know if there will ever be a new heroes? Wish they would sell the IP to some young and hungry new developer that would put actual love and care into it, would even kickstart that ♥♥♥♥ lol

Luckly no more, they ruined the whole series. If they want to remake, seriously drop Erwan Le Breton storyline is so bad.

Hey, I work at the company developing the HoMM3 Board Game. The Brand director for Might & Magic recently stated that they have plans to revive the series:

EricDV: It's definitely a step by step process and it may take some time, perseverance and patience but my goal is definitely to bring back the Might & Magic brand on the map of Fantasy IP. AAA is a loosely defined term and although there's no way we can be competing with Baldur's Gate 3 or Diablo IV right away, It's definitely our target to deliver ambitious and high quality focused Might & Magic experiences in the foreseeable future.

I look forward to the next offering in the franchise. I guess it is tough for a mature company to make a profit on a niche game. And even though that fire to make that type of game may not burn as brightly as it once did for some, I still like to think they will figure out a way to kindle that flame in others as they pass the torch on their journey off into the proverbial sunset. I wish ubi would just sell the IP to someone who actually gives a damn and can afford to give it a true AAA treatment; not underbid it's development and give a 3rd party team 1-2 years to churn out a token effort

Ubisoft look like it would end with bankruptcy not so far in the future and the M&M IP could be bought out in that procedure. The data shows that they could not afford many developments now, like cutting games in progress, sacking off employees and betting strategies to avoid stock bought-out... The company loses more than 50% of its value.

Theres a very similar one but has ugly pixel graphics ;/

Songs of conquest is a great heroes like and it has pretty pixel graphics so might be nice. :)

Ahh no, thats the one I meant haha Songs of Conquest; similar to heroes games in gameplay, worse looking than heroes 3 (original and remake).

Thats why its so niche, many forum threads are complaining about bad looking pixel graphics.
