Custom portrait issues

So my C:\Users\scion\Documents\My Games\Expeditions Viking\Custom Portraits folder exists, I have strated the game, I have set the folder to allow anyone to read/write... and still no portraits in there.
Why?
I can put custome picture in there and they show (though not correctly seeing I can not find the sizs of what they need to be to show correctly.)
So, what can I do? How do I get the portraits to show?
What are the sizes of the Large, Medium, Small and Camping portraits? (And please do not say look at the portraits... because as I have said.. they are not showing.)

To see the size of the portraits, right click on the ones in the folder and click properties, it'll show you the sizes there.

Any new portraits you put in there will only show up in character and mercenary creation, but you can replace existing ones as well and they should show up any time.

If there are no portraits in the folder after you've started the game, it's because the game can't write the portraits to that folder. It may be a read/write thing, it may be your firewall or antivirus, it might be your user profile permissions. There's a lot of things that can go wrong.

I have given all read write permissions to the folder and have never had any issues with other games.
Could you at least tell me the sizes of the portraits... please?

Did you read my post where I am having issues with the portraits NOT appearing in the folder.

If the portraits don't appear in the folder after you've run the game, something is still blocking the game from writing to it. Could be bit defender, dep, etc.
I don't remember the sizes off-hand. I'll have to check them when we get into the office.

Medium: 144x192 px
Small: 96x128 px
Tiny: 48x64 px
Camping: 48x48 px
