Still it's possible that it's scripted, not a glitch. That is if you reach a negative outcome in the dream. Vikings were rather keen to believe in divination and they often took dreams quite seriously. The dream is also quite significant.
I understand taking the meaning of a dream seriously, but I don't understand somehow getting a real physical injury from something that happened in a dream. In other words, my character dreamt about a big battle where he was stabbed in the chest, then woke up and suddenly had a serious puncture wound in his chest. That's not exactly believable... Unless he was sleep-walking and stabbed himself? XD
If you want, you can translate the wound as "heavy chest pain", psychological inflicted?
Fair enough, I guess you have to be a bit creative to overcome some of the inconsistencies in this game :P
So there's no cheat-codes that I could use to just remove this wound and have things make sense again?
Remove it the normal way, I would say.
Don't really want to waste medicine on something that shouldn't be there in the first place though. There's really no cheat to remove injuries?
It's not a cheat but you can go back into your hometown and let the local witch remove injuries aswell.
Can you do that when you're already in Britain?
