As a general tip, try to avoid getting knocked-out during combat, as that's the biggest source of injuries for your Hirdmen. Furthermore, if you have injuries among your Hirdmen, try to heal them up as soon as possible - untreated injuries will degrade over time, becoming worse. Not only that, but injuries also reduce stats which in turn means combat effectiveness is reduced.
As for your Homestead: if you've only started on it by the time you reached Britain, I am afraid you will not have time to fully upgrade it, which may mean you can't win the game as you need either +100 Prosperity or +100 Power to win in endgame. Perhaps you could do it if you completely focus on one of the two and ignore the other, as far as building your Homestead goes.
Oh wow, thanks for that, i wasted so much time/resources camping and healing trying to heal my wounded before Britain and as it happens they seemed to be healed to full when i left for britain too. Atleast i know for my current playthrough haha
It's not just Denmark, right? She's there in the Britain campaign as well, it just means you need to travel to your Homestead to do so. You have to do so anyway, for several quests. And if you're travelling by sea between Orkney and Perth or York, a small sidestep to your Homestead only takes a few days ingame time.
Oh and I stand corrected on the ending part, as Jonas is correct ;).
